Simple throughout design, with option of two different formats that can optionally change colour by selecting an appropriate from the drop down menu (which probably is the most advanced feature). The invoice template will only require a minimum of customization to match your corporate style.
Originally designed for a construction firm, this invoice can be used for charges that include physical products as well as task and hourly based labour charges.

Managing your Invoices.

Printing and Sending your Invoices.
When it comes to printing your invoices, I generally suggest to use PDF printers that usually do come in a form of software like Adobe® Acrobat that settles on your computer as a virtual printer and can be found in Devices and Printers panel of your computer. This can also save you some money on buying paper and ink for your standard printer and most importantly time when sending your invoice.
